Subject: Mac: kill LS command does not work / fix for these issues in GA?

On the Mac, the LS command "kill <filename>" does not work, it produces an "file/path access error" exception.

Since I reported some similar issues on the Mac (sleep() does not work, shell() does not work) I believe there is some general problem with LS commands interacting with the operating system on the Mac.

Will these kind of problems be fixed in the gold release?
